Secure bike parking is critical to encouraging the use of bicycles for transportation. As I've written before, bike parking is often neglected. But as this amusing rack from Burlington, Vermont illustrates, bike racks aren't simply practical, they can also enhance the streetscape. Bike racks can be artistic too.
